Sri K. Narasimha Murty Chaired the session. Twenty three members attended the Meeting. The Meeting commenced with prayer.
– The Chairman informed that all the preparations towards the conduct of AMMA Sandesa Sabha at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad on 26th January, 2023 were all taken care of.
Review of the Activities of Various Committees :
Sandesa Prachara Committee : Sri Mallapragada – Srimannarayana Murthy explained the plan towards the conduct of ‘Amma Sandesa Sabha’ at Vizag, Kovvur, Rajam, Parvathipuram, Vijayawada and Tirupathi.

Deliberations by learned scholars. –
Peethadhipatis who had confirmed their participation are:-

- Sri Viswayogi Viswamji, Guntur and Kanchi Peetham will be sending their reprenstative to the events. – certain dignitaries like Sri M. Venkayya Naidu, Former Vice- President and Sri Kona Raghupathi, MLA, Bapatla are to be invited. Sri Garimella Balakrishna Prasad, Sri Ghazal Srinivas, Smt. Emani Kalyani, Sri Srikanth, Smt. S.V. Siva Kumari, Sri Surya Satya Prashanth, Smt. M. Charumathi Pallavi, and Smt. Dr. M. Lalitha and Smt. M. Nadini Sisters (Violin) are invited towards conducting Culutral Programmes.
Souvenir Committee Sri M. Srimannarayana Murty, Secretary explained that ‘Viswajanani Monthly’ for March and April, 2023 will be published as Amma’s Centenary – Special Issue. The special issue along wiht the books written by Sri Ravuri Prasad will unveiled at the centenary celebrations.
The finalisation of Multi-Lingual Souvenir will be taken care of by Mr. V. Dharmasuri.
I.T. Committee:- Secretary Sri V. Hema Kumar explained that App is ready in its full shape.
Projects Committee :- Sri B. Ramachandra explained the progress of various projects. The committee suggested to take up projects on priority.
Reception and Accomodation Committee – The committee was requested to study the accommodation available in Bapatla and Pedanandipadu for accommodating guests.
Medical Facility : – Mr. Mannava Siddhardha will act as convenor. The Committee appointed a committee with Smt. Brahmandam Vasundhara, Sri Brahmandam Ravindra Rao, Sri D.V.N. Kamaraju, Sri Ravuri Prasad and Sri Y.V. Madhusudana Rao as members to finalise the list of Veteran Devotees of AMMA to be honoured during the Celebrations.
The Meeting was concluded with the chanting of Santhi Mantra.
