31st Anniversary of Amma Anantotsavam (AMMA attaining eternity) was celebrated at the residence of Sri K. Narasimha Murthy, Gaganmahal Road, Hyderabad on 29th June 2016 (Jyeshta Bahula Dasami as per Lunar Calendar). Durga Pinni, Ramarao babai garu along with their family members and other invitees performed AMMA Puja with Lalita Sahasram, Lalita Ashtotharam, Amma Ashototharam. Dr. Potturi Venkateswara Rao garu, Sri L.V. Subrahmanyam, I.A.S., were among the elite invitees.
At the conclusion, Sri M. Dinakar, spoke at length on Amma Philosophy. Songs on Amma were rendered by Smt. Anasuya Tangirala and Smt. Mani Kasturi.
Smt. Bhagavati Prameela, fifth generation descendant of Sri Bhaskara Rayalu, exponent of Lalita Sahasranama Bhashyam was among the invitees and she rendered a few devotional songs on the Divine Mother.
The 200 plus invitees were delighted to receive AMMA Prasadam in the form of a delicious lunch.
