ONCE the base metal turned unto gold with the touch of
the Philosopher’s stone, it cannot rust again.
A dream can no longer cause fear once one wakes up.
Can there be darkness after dawn?
Then, why still this rust of vanity, fear ofegance, and dark of prie to me
Even after touching thy lotus feet Mother?
How can the man that reached the other shore with
the help of a swimmer, boast of his own swimming talent?
The thief that cheated others with the help of the king’s seal,
Can he imagine himself to be the king?
The priest at the altar can’t think that all offerings are his!
And can the cowherd imagine himself to be the owner of the cows?
Leaning entirely on Thee, what have I to talk of, Mother??
